Ruba Al Nashash

Ruba Hasan Al Nashash is a technology entrepreneur and civil engineer with over 14 years of experience delivering complex innovation at the intersection of infrastructure, engineering and emerging echnologies. She is the Co-Founder and COO of Pulse IoT Technologies, a UAE-based startup developing advanced corrosion and structural health monitoring solutions for critical infrastructure and industrial assets.

Ruba has led the development and deployment of IoT hardware, data platforms, and locally manufactured sensor technologies that enable asset owners to move from reactive maintenance toward predictive, data-driven decision-making. Her work spans R&D, product development, field deployment, stakeholder engagement, and commercialization, working closely withgovernment entities, consultants, contractors, and academic partners across the GCC.

With a background in structural engineering, production, and entrepreneurship, Ruba brings a systems-level perspective to problem-solving— connecting technical feasibility, operational realities, and long-term impact. She has been recognized for her leadership and innovation, and is an active contributor to the UAE’s construction technology and PropTech ecosystem.
