Roger Wahl

Roger Wahl is the Founder of WahlStreetTech, a lifecycle authority platform focused on integrating data, technology, and operations across the built environment to enable intelligent and sustainable assets.

He also serves as a Fractional CTO, advising developers, asset owners, and infrastructure organizations on digital transformation, lifecycle integration, and smart building strategies. In parallel, Roger actively incubates and supports startups across ConTech and PropTech, working closely with venture capital and emerging technology partners.

With over 30 years of global technology leadership, including serving as CIO at Multiplex, CDIO at John Holland, and CTO at Innovo Group, Roger has led large-scale transformation programs across construction, engineering, and real estate.

He is particularly focused on advancing lifecycle governance, digital twin operating models, and data-driven decision-making at portfolio and city scale.
